Retainer-based delivery contracts built for cafés, bakeries, and food brands. Your product moves on schedule — every time.
From single-location bakeries to multi-café brands, EL1Express builds delivery contracts around your schedule — not ours. Weekly retainers mean predictable costs and reliable drivers you can count on.
All plans include a dedicated driver and weekly invoicing. Additional stops always available at a flat add-on rate.
Foam Café runs three Houston locations — Shaghf, Coffee Garden, and Westin Downtown Houston. EL1Express handles all three on a weekly retainer — multiple deliveries, one flat rate, zero surprises. Deliveries happen multiple times per week. Each extra location adds $15. That's it.
Share how many locations, how often, and what you're delivering. Takes 5 minutes over a call or text.
Hamzah personally reviews your route and sends a flat weekly price. No hourly rates, no surprise fees.
A dedicated driver is matched to your route. You get their contact. They show up on schedule, every time.
Add a location, increase frequency, or expand zones. Your contract updates with one conversation.
EL1Express connects Houston food vendors directly to cafés, restaurants, and buyers — and connects buyers to the best local suppliers. No hunting, no awkward outreach. We make the introduction.
Bakery? Specialty food brand? Meal prep supplier? Tell us what you produce and what kind of accounts you're looking for. We tap into our active café and restaurant network across Houston and make the right introduction — so you can focus on what you do best.
Looking for a reliable local bakery, a specialty pastry supplier, or a consistent meal prep partner? Tell us what you need and we'll match you with vetted Houston vendors who can actually deliver — quality product, consistent supply, no surprises.
Everything needed to run your route consistently. Your weekly retainer covers all scheduled deliveries for that week — driver pay, route coordination, and direct communication with your assigned driver. You receive one flat invoice every week. No per-delivery charges on top, no fuel surcharges, no hidden fees. What you're quoted is what you pay.
Yes — flexibility is built in. If you need an extra stop added to a planned route, it's $20 per additional location. If you need a completely unplanned same-day run outside your contract, on-demand pricing applies ($18 base + $1.25/mile). For changes to your ongoing schedule — new location, different days, increased frequency — just reach out to Hamzah directly and your contract updates with one conversation.
Fast. Reach out today, get a quote the same day. Once you're ready to move forward, we assign your driver and confirm your first route within 24–48 hours. There's no lengthy onboarding process — Hamzah handles everything personally so things move quickly. Most clients are running their first delivery within a week of first contact.
For bakery items, pastries, packaged food products, and café supplies, our standard vehicles work perfectly well. Drivers are instructed to handle food deliveries with care — no tossing boxes, no rough handling. For items that require active refrigeration or freezer transport, we don't currently have that capability, but reach out and we'll talk through options as our fleet grows. If your product just needs to stay cool on a short Houston run, that's a different conversation.
Hamzah directly — every time. You'll have his personal number and you can text or call him any time there's a question, a delay, or anything that needs to be addressed. This isn't a call center or a ticketing system. EL1Express is owner-operated, which means accountability is real and response time is fast. Your driver also has direct contact with you so coordination happens in real time, not through a middleman.
No long-term lock-in required to get started. Retainer contracts are structured on a weekly basis — you're billed weekly and the relationship continues as long as it works for both sides. For high-volume or custom accounts, a short-term commitment (30–90 days) may be discussed as part of the pricing structure, but that's always agreed upfront and clearly written into your contract. Nothing surprises you after the fact.
Primary routes run through Galleria, Downtown, Midtown, Montrose, Heights, Memorial, Sugar Land, and Katy — these are active zones we run regularly. If your locations fall outside these areas, don't rule it out. Reach out with your specific addresses and Hamzah will let you know if coverage is available or when it's coming. The network is actively expanding across the Houston metro.
Yes — that's a separate service we offer called Vendor Acquisition. If you're a bakery or food brand looking to get your product into cafés and restaurants, or if you're a café looking for a reliable local supplier, we broker those connections across our Houston network. There's no upfront cost for the introduction — we earn a small percentage of the ongoing order volume only after the relationship is live. Scroll up to the Vendor Network section or contact Hamzah to learn more.
Tell us your locations and frequency — we'll have a price to you the same day.
