No. The rate agreed in your contract is what you pay. If your volume or route changes, Hamzah will discuss an adjusted rate with you before any change takes effect. EL1Express doesn't add fuel surcharges, platform fees, or surprise invoices.

All contracted clients are billed weekly. You receive one invoice per week covering all deliveries in that period. Enterprise and hospital accounts can arrange monthly billing by agreement. On-demand deliveries are invoiced individually after each run.

Contract terms are discussed upfront with Hamzah. Most contracts operate on a week-to-week or month-to-month basis with reasonable notice. If your business needs change, reach out directly and Hamzah will work with you on the transition.

EL1Express works with cafés, bakeries, meal prep clients like Platr, food vendors, and wholesale food distributors. We handle multi-location café routes (like our existing Foam Café contract covering Shaghf, Coffee Garden, and the Westin Downtown Houston), as well as single-location on-demand food deliveries.

For standard food and bakery deliveries, our drivers use their personal vehicles with appropriate handling. For items requiring active refrigeration or specialized temperature control, contact Hamzah to discuss your specific requirements before booking.

Yes, on-demand same-day delivery is available for wholesale clients. For urgent runs outside your scheduled contract, contact Hamzah directly and we'll dispatch as quickly as possible.

Our drivers are briefed on HIPAA sensitivity and handle all medical materials with the required discretion — no unauthorized access, secure handoffs, and no casual handling of protected items. We provide chain-of-custody documentation on every medical run. For facilities with specific compliance requirements, discuss your needs with Hamzah before starting service.

Every medical delivery includes a pickup confirmation (time, location, item description), a transit log, and a delivery sign-off with timestamp and recipient. This documentation is provided to your facility after each completed run and kept on file by EL1Express.

Standard food and wholesale routes pay $7–$8 per delivery, paid weekly. Medical courier routes operate at an 80/20 split — 80% to the driver. Pay is direct from EL1Express with no platform fees deducted.

No. A standard sedan, SUV, or hatchback works for the majority of routes. You need a valid driver's license, active insurance, and a smartphone with navigation. For larger wholesale runs, a bigger vehicle may be helpful — Hamzah will let you know in advance if that applies to your route.
